​Nicola the glue that holds the team together, she is a fun loving, committed and passionate people person with over 25 years’ experience in HR and Executive support. Communication is key to her role here at Cadence Partners, making day-to-day life that little bit easier for the Managing Partner and Senior Leadership Team.

Her background and exposure working within the corporate world has helped her grow as a person and develop many skills; she is eternally grateful for her experiences, and this has developed in her passion for always helping others strive towards their goals and aspirations, and this aligned with what Cadence Partners exists to achieve.  

Outside of work Nicola loves to exercise, chill out in the spa and catch up over aperol spritz with family and friends.  If her “out of office” is on, then you can normally catch her on the “piste” skiing in the Alps, or sipping cocktails on a white sandy beach….. She does love her holidays!
